Project Management

GIPS can support the project in Piping materials supply from the 1st Material take off (long lead items) until the site requirements (urgent materials off the shelf from our inventory locations globally). Since we specialize in Project Supply Management, we are able to supply piping materials throughout the complete procurement stage.

Long Term Agreements (LTA)

We specialize in price agreements with our clients for over a number of years. Fixed price for n number of years. Tailor made contracts as per project requirements, which include escalation clauses, buy backs

Material Modification

As we understand our customers' requirements, we extend our services by outsourcing and providing the following material modifications: • Galvanizing • Machining from Higher Wall thicknesses to lower ones • Epoxy Coating • Cement Mortar Lining • FBE Coating We can outsource and supply locally fabricated Spectacle Blinds, Spacer Rings, Insulation kits, Pipe Nipples etc.

Documentation

• We have appointed a dedicated Documentation Controller in order to provide our customers with the accurate documentation required for Customs, Border Clearance, Export, Import, Internal Transfer etc. • We provide each and every customer with related Packing Lists.

Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO)

we hold inventory for clients which can be used on a day to day basis. • Preventive maintenance • Operational maintenance • Corrective maintenance • Adaptive maintenance

Logistics

• Our specialized Packing Team ensures all the customer packing requirements such as Marking identification, Colour coding, and Shipping Marks are met. • Keeping in mind the standard requirements of our customers, we have devised our own packing methods in correspondence to the export worthy packing. • We Shrink wrap our materials before shipping it to our clients. • A set of Mill Test Certificates are enclosed in one of the packages which is clearly identified on the package and the Packing Lists.
